Store Attachment on Amazon S3 or S3 Compatible

"Flexible Storage, Easy Access with Amazon S3"

This module offers three different file storage types, providing flexibility and customization options from the general settings.

Description

Our "Store Attachment on Amazon S3" module offers versatile file storage solutions by supporting three distinct storage types, which can be selected from the general settings.

Uploaded attachments are stored based on the current selection in the settings. Each attachment's storage location is clearly indicated, allowing users to filter and view attachments by their storage type. This functionality ensures users can efficiently manage and access their files according to their preferred storage option.

When an attachment needs to be moved from one location to another, users would go to the attachment and filter the other two types, and then will take the three actions to move to the intended attachment store location.

The attachment content is stored in only one location. When viewing or accessing attachment records in Odoo, they are loaded from this designated location. Attachments are not duplicated across different locations. Odoo accurately loads attachments by referencing the location information stored in each attachment record.

We are using odoo.sh and we have a large size file attachment, will this module allow as to keep under the 512 limits of odoo.sh by moving the attachments to amazon S3.

And will the user be able to view the attachments in Odoo or how they will manage it, Finaly what will happen if we uninstall the module or try to move out of odoo.sh.
